The ASA Community deeply mourns the loss of our 5th grade ELA teacher, Jessy Richards.
He passed away unexpectedly at home over the winter break from an unknown cause and along with his family, we are shocked and heartbroken. He was a fantastic and enthusiastic 5th grade teacher who loved ASA and teaching our students; we are deeply feeling this loss in our community. Our thoughts and sympathies are with his family and friends. A letter was sent to all families with information about returning to school and support services for our students, teachers, and staff. We will continue to make updates as the family shares them with us. Information about funeral services and a school celebration of life will also be shared via email and The Coop soon.
