Important ASA Dates and DeadlinesProspective Parent NightsPlease plan on attending one of our Prospective Parent Nights on either December 2nd, 2008 or January 20th, 2009 at 7pm held in Pilgrim Hall on north side of campus in First Congregational Church.
Prospective Family DayPlease also plan on attending our Prospective Family Day on February 21,2009, from 10-12 AM. This event offers parents and prospective students the opportunity to tour campus, hear presentation from faculty and students, and ask specific questions about our school, campus, curriculum, and enrollment process. A picnic style lunch is served at noon. to RSVP for this event email Jamie Bledsoe in the office at jbledsoe@goasa.org or call 602-257-1444 ext 12. Please include number of participants and student's grade level in 2009.
Campus ToursProspective students and their parents are invited to tour the campus. Tours are designed for parents and students who are unable to attend the Prospective Family Open House on February 21st. ASA does not allow for students or parents to shadow. Information on tours will be available on-line mid-January 2009. Contact Jamie Bledsoe to make a reservation. jbledsoe@goasa.org or call 602-257-1444 ext 12. Please include number of participants and student' s grade level in 2009.
Placement Testing and AuditionsAll students apply to ASA must take a placement test to be considered for admission. Placement tests for the 2009-2010 will be held on Saturday March 7th or March 28th from 8-11:30 AM. You may select either testing date. Please email Jamie Bledsoe at jbledsoe@goasa.org or call 602-257-1444 ext 12 to reserve a seat on one of the dates listed above. All applicants will take an academic placement test. All middle school students will complete a vocal audition. High School Drama students will audition with material provided. Any student wishing to be placed above a beginning level Guitar, Band, Strings, or Voice class must audition. Students wishing to audition must bring their instrument and music. |
